Deep within my skin
You'd reach for things that weren't yours
And you'd take, & take, & take
Until you became bored.
I decided to regrow what you stole.
You came back & dug up dirt to make sure l'd
never be whole.
I decided to leave it to my mind.
It's stronger and wiser.
But you became disguised.
Slowly but surely you made sure that even my
own thoughts weren't kind.
